Calidris

Description: Certainly the most versatile of the Elite series. The leg loops are adjustable. Because of their small size and positioning in the Delta System, the all-new DoubleBack buckles on the leg loops cause no discomfort. The waistbelt has two buckles to ensure that the tie-in point and equipment loops are always centered.

Pros: Comfort, ease of use
Cons: Packability

This replaced my Petzl Gourou of days past, and was my primary harness for rock and ice for 2 years. The very wide back of this harness distributes alot of weight, so you wiggle less at semi-hanging belays. The hard plastic fast forward gear loops make clipping gear to them easy, and it easily adjusts with Petzls never-have-to-thread buckles. It doesn't accept the Caritool very easily, but a few large offset wire-gate caribiners clipped through the hole in the gear loop give you some great ice screw racking options. Only down side is it is a little bulky packing.
