Adjama

Description: A comfortable, versatile, leg-loop adjustable harness, suitable for all mountain and rock climbing use.

Leg loop adjustment gives versatility for different body sizes and for layering of clothing.

Lightweight.

Comfortable:
the dimensions of the support points vary between different sized harnesses and adapt to the size of the climber,
a breathable foam waist-belt,
dense foam leg loops for comfort and support.

Practical:
2 rigid and inclined gear loops provide easy access to runners,
2 soft, flexible rear gear loops avoid pressure points created when using a back-pack,
3 loops for adding CARITOOL tool-carriers,
detachable leg loop elastic.

Compact storage in a pack: a flexible harness with optimum design greatly reduces its volume.

DoubleBack buckles on the waist belt and leg loops provide rapid, secure closure.

Pros: very light & comfy!
Cons: sizing

great harness so very light and the support is great! sizing could be better for the big size(i'm a 35/36 and the large just fits!)nice gear racking and quick adjustiblity with the best buckle design out there for winter(no threading or doubling back required)

Pros: Comfort, packability, racking options
Cons: offset gear loops, butt-strap buckle randomly unclips

I have a love/hate relationship with this harness. The comfort, in such a lightweight packable harness is unmatched. The spot for the Caritool on the right side of the harness has made racking 6 screws a breeze. What I can not seem to understand is why Petzl offset the gear loops. At first this feature just made me feel like my harness was always on crooked. Also, even if I am not the most flexible guy, I feel the left side gear loops, especially the rear loop, are set so far back they are near useless to me. Lastly, the funky looking clip for the drop down seat has a way of becoming unclipped mid-pitch, a few times making me finish a pitch with what felt like my pants falling down. This is easily fixed my duct-taping the clip on, but then you give up being able to drop the seat. I switched back to a Caladris for all my rock climbing, but I have yet to find a better ice harness than the Adajama. With a little flexibility, and patience, this is a great harness.
