Pros: Point penetration, frontpoint durability
Cons: fit, cookie-cutter front, adjustability, weight

In all honesty, they are fine poons. I just had a real bad time with em. I had them on scarpa cerro torres. They didnt fit the boots well, and fell off once, mid-pitch (luckily at a rest!). the front part balled up like mad, and was hard to de-ball. Also, i tried a friends nepal extremes, and went thru hell fitting them for em. I got some bionics, and am much happier.

Pros: Very Adaptable
Cons: Snow Balling - Get Anti-Bot Kit!

I've found my M10's to be a very solid crampon (esp. considering I was climbing in 10-point general purpose mountaineering crampons before I got these!). They do take some time adjusting them to properly fit your boot. I've used them on both my Makalu's and on my Arctic's with success. Snow balling is a definite problem, and the anti-bot kit is a must - I almost took a significant fall soloing in the Narrows when my foot rolled over on the balled crampon!

Pros: options, security
Cons: balling, weight

Dual, Dual Offset, Mono, Mono Offset, these crampons have options! I climb in them 90% of the time set up as Mono Offset, which means they came with a spare set of front points! The newer model, which isn't pictured here, was lightened up a bit, so the weight issue is mitigated. Get the anti-balling plates or suffer. They adjusted easily and perfectly to my Koflach Vertecals. These, coupled with my Quarks, is a good part of the reason I started leading Grade 4 my first season.

Pros: Nice front points
Cons: Fell Off K3's

First time out with them last year, they fell off the K3's.
Used the Grivel Rambos since then.
May try them on new Nepal's this year.
If they fall off again,
I will melt them down and make into pitons.
