Description: Cyborg with ABS

Steep waterfall ice, mixed climbing or hard mountain routes, the new Cyborg does it all. Weighing in at just over two pounds, its compact, semi-rigid design offers maximum control with minimum weight. Used in mono- or dual-point configuration, the modular, hooded vertical frontpoints perform on everything from tiny rock edges to thin ice smears. Substantial, aggressive secondary points enhance balance and stability. An articulated center strap and Micro-Adjust heel lever provide a secure fit on almost all technical boots. ABS plates included.

Pros: Excellent secondary points, light weight, good fit on Nepal Evos
Cons: Front points a tad soft

I've used these 5 times here in the Canadian rockies on grade 3-4 ice and some mixed and found them an excellent crampon. Good penetration, light weight, quick and easy fitting they are a sweet setup.

Pros: Easy to use, compact, versitile, quick, aggressive
Cons: tricky to size initially

Disclaimer....these are the only crampons i've used, but i have loved them dearly. Works awesome from snow slogging to grade 5 ice, though switching to mono point has made a huge difference on hard vertical ice.

Initial length adjustment is a little tricky, but once it's done you don't have to do it again.
