I bought this AT setup with the intent of learning how to ski in the backcountry. The arrival of my 1 year old rugrat put a damper on those plans- I realized that with my limited free time I am probably just going to reach for a sport I'm comfortable with rather than try to learn something new. The boots are brand new, bought from the Mountaineer in Keene Valley.
